Lesson Policy Reminders

For students on 1- or 2-month plans (term-time bookings), all lessons scheduled during term time are expected to go ahead as planned.

Students on holiday booking plans will receive weekly lessons throughout the full academic year, including school holiday periods.

If a teacher is unavailable, we will offer either a cover teacher or a rescheduled lesson.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available under these plans

  • If you wish to discontinue lessons, you will be required to complete the remainder of the paid booking period.

  • If you would prefer not to reschedule missed lessons, we recommend switching to ad hoc bookings

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.

We understand that illness and unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to be flexible where possible. Each situation will be considered on an individual basis.
